Daniel D'Ottavio was born and raised in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada’s. It was his early modeling career that first led him into the creative world of fashion. As a model, Daniel D'Ottavio was inspired by the images he helped to create. But it was not until the day he was given his grandfather’s Pentax camera that he realized his passion was to be on the other end of the lens. Daniel D'Ottavio has been shooting ever since, working with models and designers from all over the world.

Daniel D'Ottavio shoots with the intention to capture the inherent beauty of the individual. Whether it be cutting edge, shocking, traditional, or playful, every picture tells a unique story and pulls the viewer into a whole new world. This innovative and fresh approach to photography allows him to work with clients ranging from young children to adults.
